My friend Christian hosted a beautiful Celebration of Life yesterday in honour of his partner, Stephen, who lost a very brave battle with his illness recently.
Christian has many many friends - and all of us will be there for him during this tough time.

Starr Dobson begins her new career with Mental Health NS this month and she will be missed by many who followed her career with CTV over the years. I will be forever grateful for Starr's support of my books and my Comfort Heart initiative. I lost count of the number of times she invited me to be interviewed on Live at 5 (CTV News at 5)

It's a new day. It's a new month. It's time to find a publisher for Paradise.
So far I have one rejection and one acceptance - the acceptance turned out to be a not-so-good fit for me so back to the drawing board.
I have high-hopes for Paradise - books one and two!!
